Delivery costs and times
Agenorie's estimated delivery times and shipping costs vary from country to country. Our aim is to deliver all orders within 3/4 working days worldwide.
- Express shipping → 2 working days: €8
- Free Shipping → 2 working days for orders over €80
Please note: During intensive SALES - PROMOTION - BLACK FRIDAY periods, shipments may be delayed.
- Standard shipping → 3/4 working days: €15
Deliveries within the EU: All import duties and taxes, as well as applicable VAT, will be included in the price of the goods in your order.

We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 14:00. If your order was placed on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it will be processed on the first following working day. Our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
We believe that artisanal and on-demand production is the only sustainable option capable of guaranteeing excellent quality for a garment that will last a long time.
